致谢万家胡同的提醒，找出总胆管扩张的原因

看了万家胡同网友的提醒后，我又查看胆管癌检测一文(Tests for bile duct cancer 见下),

发现胆管癌没有确定的方法确诊，大多数胆管癌患者发现时，都有很强的病症，这给后续医治增添困难。

我最近的CT检查显示，mild intrahepatic and extrahepatic biliary ductal dilation. 0.8 cm in caliber common bile duct, no hyperdense choledocholithiasis-----轻度肝内和肝外胆管扩张。 口径为0.8 cm的胆总管，无高密度胆总管结石。

这也许是由于30年肝炎及10年来服药所致，其它原因好像不可能。。。

也许我得真正开始倒计时20-30年！祝各位健康长寿！
