5yr old weighs 35lb

please give me some suggestions, my 2nd son almost 5yr ( 4yr10m) weighs only 35lb, he actually gained 1.5lb in a year, we just went to see his doctor, who said my son's weight is still in chart, the doc also checked his tummy by hand and did not find anything. He suggested us to feed the kid with Pediasure for a month and see what happens. I might need a 2nd opinionl Can anyone give me phone numbers of good pediatrician/specialist in south bay. I'm really worried.
