請問 Whipple Procedure

Mucinous cystic neoplasm(not a serous cyst adenoma and the size  is 33mm x 24 mm) was found in the head of Pancrea. Doctor suggest me to do Whipple Procedure even if it is not malignancy at current time. If you or your friends did this kind of procedures, could you please tell me anything about the procedure. I am so concern about the surgery.
