为非处方止痛片不会上瘾？

我身边真实的例子。

第一，邻居老人，年轻时受伤，然后布洛芬就停不下来了，他太太说每天吃“一把”。

第二，我儿子的同学（一流名校）每天三十多片非处方止痛片，不吃就无法上课。

也许有人会咬文嚼字区别上瘾和药物依赖，但我觉得没什么区别。

英文这样说：
