有条件能吃到没有污染的食物就要尽量吃没污染的，没有条件就没办法了。从你的博文里我学到了很多书本里没有的知识，这都是你实践中获得的。确实现在的很多食物，中药，其原先一直具有的功能，因为污染的关系已经失去了不少功效了。谢谢你之所以讲述了这么多，就是为了那些无法讲述的部分 ：）。你这次的照片拍得很清晰，很好，表扬一下 ：））
