老生常谈的低碳。哪那么玄。油多油少,菜生的熟的,肉多肉少,都不是重点,关键是低碳。

我一般是吃低碳,大量沙拉,会加一些肉类脂肪。吃多了肥肉我会不舒服,所以少吃,但不会不吃,尽量买的有机草喂的。大家自己看身体的反应调节。

Do Not Eat

  • Grains – wheat, corn, rice, cereal, etc.
  • Sugar – honey, agave, maple syrup, etc.
  • Fruit – apples, bananas, oranges, etc.
  • Tubers – potato, yams, etc.

Do Eat

  • Meats – fish, beef, lamb, poultry, eggs, etc.
  • Leafy Greens – spinach, kale, etc.
  • Above ground vegetables – broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
  • High Fat Dairy – hard cheeses, high fat cream, butter, etc.
  • Nuts and seeds – macadamias, walnuts, sunflower seeds, etc.
  • Avocado and berries – raspberries, blackberries, and other low glycemic impact berries
  • Sweeteners – stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, and other low carb sweeteners
  • Other fats – coconut oil, high-fat salad dressing, saturated fats, etc.
