PAP smear 主要是筛选子宫鳞癌 因为取材的部位，连续3年PAP smear阴性+ HPV阴性话 五年后 repeat

子宫endocervical CA, endometrial CA 即使PAPSmear normal  因为sampling locations 

如果PAPsmear发现以上的癌 那是运气好
