求助： 乳腺超声波报告

刚刚做了乳腺超声波和mammogram 检查。 后者的结果还未出来。 超声波的检查报告如下：

clinical indication: calcification, follow-up

In the left breast no underlying solid or cystic lesion seen.

In the area of concern in the right axilla there appears to be a 0.7 cm benign appearing lymph node. At 1 O'clock in the left ( 我想应该

是"right" , typo 吧）breast there is a slightly irregularity hypoechoic area measuring 1.3 x0.8cm with some echogenic foci within this. I
 
am not totally convinced that this is a true lesion versus some prominent fibroglandular tissue. There is a small dilated duct in the

right breast at 9 o"clock. No other abnormality seen in the right breast.


OPINION:

Hypoechoic area in the right breast at 1 O'clock may just represent some prominent fibroglandular tissue. A repeat study is

suggested in 6 to 8 week's time to reassess this area.

BI-RADS Category : 3

Category 3: Probably Benign Finding-Short Interval Follow-up suggested.


烦请各位专家网友帮忙分析一下，可能是什麽问题。 本人在过去四年时间里超声波/mammogram 检查一直说在右乳正上方左右有一个钙化点。但从未做过其他检查。非常担心是不好的事情。 还在等看专家. 万分感谢！
