DCIS (Please read on)

Below is my surgical pathology report of my breast (had mastectomy)

Low grade DCIS is present spanning a 5.5 cm area. The lesion is associated wtih abundant intralumunal mucin and microcacifications. 

Atypical lobular phyperplasia

ER: 99% positive, average intensity: 3+

PR 91% positive, average intensity: 3+

Nuclear Grade: Low 

I am seeing my oncologist next week. 想知道我这种情况需要take tamoxifen吗?  还是可以不需要。毕竟有副作用.
