你那个数据说的是

ndx - number of people dying between ages x and x+n

Number of people dying between the beginning of the age group x and the beginning of the next age group x+n, n being the interval of the age group, given the hypothetical birth l0=100000

我也理解不好这个数据，但恐怕不是100+俱乐部成员数。
