Do I need to see another doctor?

I got in contact with another doctor and here is her suggestion:

The test results only showed a small amount of blood which can happen with a mild urinary tract infection.
Are you still having any symptoms?
If so, you should make an acute appointment to be seen.
 

My questions is: Do I need to make an appointment to see her? My current situation is:

1. The pain in urination is gone;

2. Frequest urination is hard to judge because I drink a lot of water and the urge is controllable;

3. Cloudy urine is only occational (not seen every time).
