what is the Eglish name for 凯美纳? Are the trials FDA trials?

Saw this here and also saw the news from Baidu, but never heard of this drug in English media. I had been monitoring lung Cancer drups closely so I don't believe I missed it. If this is a FDA supervised drug trial
then I am excited, but if this is under the Chinese system then I have less confidence.
