My spouse suffered with massive leg cramps every night, even after a day of normal physical activity. 

Our family doctor suggested Citracal, an OTC supplement containing Calcium & Vitamin D. 

It gave some relief for a while, but then the charley-horses came back, stronger & more painful than before.

I researched leg cramps & found that Vitamin E was the silver bullet. 

So my spouse stopped taking Citracal & took 2 geltabs of Vitamin E, 400IU, every night instead. 

Within 3 days, the leg cramps disappeared. 

That was over a year ago, my spouse always takes it every night, & it still works wonders. 

我有段时间天天小腿抽筋,吃了维生素E大概两三次就好了。
