a few glioma patients (adult) I know of responded well to avastin with good result - extended survival, but majority did not. I don't know about pediatric cases. 9x15x22 is a big tumor and glioma tend to grow quick, my guess his best hope is radiation at this point if no effective systemic therapy is found.
