Typical Diet for a Day
I have the following food for my diet on a regular day in order to keep a nice figure and be in shape. I try to reduce the intake of carbs like rice . I am not sure if my carbs intake is too little or not.
Breakfast: a bag of instant oatmeal + milk with some almond nuts and mixed fruits.
Lunch: one serving of brown rice with white meat chicken and mixed vegies
Dinner: a small sweet potato, corn on the cop ,shrimp ( or fish ) with mixed vegies, some soup ( eggs with tomatos and seaweed )
Mixed vegies: cucumbers, cabbages, tomatoes, brocoli, carrots, celeries, pumpkins, eggpant, green beans...you name it....
Snacks:
a cup of low fat Greek yogurt
a bannana
an orange
an apple
some grapes and strawberry or pineapples
some whole wheat/multigrain crackers
some fixed nuts
Cooking oil: olive oil
A little bit soy sauce - try not to use unless I have to
calcium and multiple vitamine pills.
Exercise:
30 minutes Jillian Micheal's Yoga melt down in the early morning
50 minutes walking during lunch break
50 minutes of arobic exercise or dancing in the evening/night.
