oral form睾丸酮要么被肝脏代谢掉(无药浓价值)要么会导致胆汁郁积(cholestasis)/血脂紊乱(lipid disturbances)/肝腺瘤(hepatic adenoma)/其它肝毒性(other hepatotoxicity),不建议使用.

通常的给药途径是:
1.肌注(Intramuscular Injections);
2.粘在牙龈上(Tran*****uccal System);
3.透皮/经皮吸收(Transdermal Testosterone,patch or gel) ,涂或贴;
4.皮下植入睾酮(subcutaneous testosterone implants).

男性睾丸酮水平下降相当于女性更年期的雌激素水平下降.
