谢谢你的推荐,浏览了那几个网站,恶补了一下,还没有消化。的确看到一些关于Low carb饮食方式的理论,随便google 一下,可以看到一些饱和脂肪并坏的文章和书,由于时间和水平所限,没有读,无法去探寻科学原理,两派之争似乎并没有结论。因为仍然存在很多疑问,还是不敢轻易采纳赖宇凡推荐的饮食方式,在吃猪油之前,必须解决更多疑问才行。
1. 找出历史上,现实中支持自己的理论的个例没有多大意义,双方都可以轻易找出支持自己,否定对方的例子,在很多情况下,有可能隐藏了部分事实,读者没有能力去判别真伪。很多情况下,只能根据常识来鉴别。
