膝盖上的软骨消失，有什么好办法？

最近体检因关节炎照了X光片，发现阴影。医生怀疑是癌，让做了MRI。结果显示没有癌变，但外侧软骨消失。这样是不是不适合做费膝盖的运动？ 如登车锻炼等。


Good news!  The spot on the knee noted on the xray is not seen on the MRI, reassures me this is likely not a cancer spot since the MRI does not see it.  It does show though that the frontal outer side cartilage in your knee is gone and likely the cause of your knee pain.  If you want to see orthopedics for a surgical consultation management, please let me know.
