请这里的医生帮助看看膝盖X ray 检查结果

什么是骨髓瘤？我一年多前膝盖开始疼肿，后来自己热敷锻炼基本恢复了，就是膝盖动起来觉得里面有东西蹭着，有声音，不疼，不影响行动。前几天做年度体检，我提出做膝盖X-ray, 第二天医生给我打电话留言三次，说很重要。请这里的医生帮助看看下面的结果。

Findings: 4 views of the left knee reveal mild degenerative change manifested by   
small periarticular osteophyte formation.  Mild medial placement of the left   
patella seen.  There is a well-corticated ossification at the superior aspect of   
the left patella, posteriorly, possibly on the basis of prior injury.  There is   
a nonspecific 6.9 mm x 4.3 mm lucency in the left proximal fibular shaft.  Mild   
degenerative change present left patellofemoral joint. 

Impression:    
1.  Mild osteoarthritis left knee.   
2.  Nonspecific lucency in the left proximal fibula.  Question history of    
multiple myeloma.
