The cancer mark from blood test is not for lung cancer. Usually if CT初步诊断为肺癌, you need a biopsy to determine type, non-small cell or small cell. For non-small cell, it could be Adenocarcinoma, Squamous cell carcinoma, Large cell carcinoma, etc. Then PET scan may used to check if it spread(staging) and how fast it grow (SAR value)? If it's later stage, ask your doctor order the gene profiling test to see if any know Mutation (EGFR,ALK, ROS1, etc.)  so he may be a candidate for targeted therapy. Good Luck!
