请问有谁懂B超，能帮我看下吗？

in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast there is an ill-defined hypoechoic lesion with suggestion of  some shadowing at its edges 3 cm from the nipple measuring 8x8x7mm,it does not have the appearance of a fibroadenoma or cyst.

边缘不清和有阴影是不是代表不好的东西啊，医生建议我做mammographic 再决定不把要活检，担心死了，谁能帮我看下，谢谢了。
