Abdominal lymphatic malformation

Has anyone heard of this condition? Would surgical removal the only way out and would the surgery be safe? My CT Scan shows I have a large abdominal mass that's most compatible to lymphatic malformation. I don't have any symptoms though. Any advice? Many thanks!
