请大家帮我看看X-RAY的结果, 帮忙用中文解释下有什么问题么？

因为去年11月份去滑冰摔了一跤，刚好就摔到了脊椎尾巴那，我也没去看医生，一个月后好了。自从2月份起左边腰下方靠屁股那老是有点疼（burning的感觉），也不是很疼。鉴于疼了这么久，还去去拍了个x片，也查了肾（肾没问题）。x片的结果如下：

Lumbar spine complete,, minimum 4 view:

AP, lateral, both oblique, and coned down lateral radiographs of lumbar spine were obtained. Lordosis lumbar spine present. Minimal dextrocurvature. Normal alignment. Height of vertebral bodies and disc spaces is within normal limits. Mild anterior osteophyte formation L2/L3, L3/L4, and inferior endplate L5. Pedicles appear intact. No evidence of spondylolysis.

Impression: Mild degenerative changes as above.
