Spotting after menopause and fever

Please help my mum with this symptom. She noticed light spotting two days ago and have a fever today. She is very worried about it thinking it may be cancer related. She plans to go back end of march but thinking of going back earlier because of this.
She refused to see doctor here as she has no insurance coming here on visitor visa.
Xan anyone give some advice??
