5 days high fever 104 Help!!!!!!

Please help me,  my daughter has been in high ferver for 4 days,

it went up ton 104 last night,this is the 5th day, I feed her talyno and motrin alternatively,

but they only work temporaly, I let her took shower, and ice water, ligh cloth,

what else I can do?????????

I brought her to the pediatrician, but the DR. checked her, no infecttion, no nphmonia,

no flu virus by Dr. 's meter checking her nose swab, he just said she got a virus? then

let us go home, I ask him to try some other medician other than talyno and motrin, but he said he has no other medicine can help. What can I do, it is the 5th day already. Help!!!!! please help!!!!!!
