first i agree with the above reader's reply-go see an opthamologist first, to rule out any other eye diseases/eye infection etc,  and make sure your eye sight are corrected (for your glasses, or contact lenses if you wear them).

once everything is ruled out, if it is only eye dryness, then your doctor may prescribe something or recommend some overcounter stuff. My doctor recommended overcounter Systane Balance Lubricant Eye Drops (By Alcon),(the Intensive Therapy).

but first and foremost, go see an eye doctor. Yes, take breaks and avoid prolonged use of your eyes, with the computer etc.. (that is very difficult to do for most of us).
