Catching a cold every 10 days is hell frequent.

I used to catch a cold every 3-5 years. then I started traveling a lot with my job. From one region to antoher, one time zone to another week after week.I caught a cold  3 times a year.I got really scared. I did a thorough check nothing was wrong. As soon as I deduct my traveling I am back to normal.

Enough excerises, good food and less travel would help. I wouldnt go too much beyond that.
