finding: there are multiple spiculated patchy airspace abnormalities involving the peripheral portion of bilateral upper lobes and lower lobes. The most prominent region is in the lingula measuring 2.4 cm in diameter, more prominent compared to prior study. Additional approximately 1.0cm regions of spiculated airspace abnormality in the peripheral portion of the right upper lobe, right lower lobe, and left lower lobe are also seen. They demonstrate bronchovasclar distribution and result in thickening of the adjacent bronchial wall. Less well-defined ground glass opacity/interstitial thickening also noted in the medial aspect of the left lower lobe (best seen on axial images 75,76, and 77), all measuring less than 6 mm in diameter. Overall involvement appears to be more prominent compared to 2008 ct Study. They do not demonstrate mass-like border or solid contrast enhancement to sugguest tumor process.我目前病症：右边背部有时呼吸时，像针扎一下疼痛。常年咳嗽，多在早晨，白天也间歇咳嗽，大约一星期大咳一天，把积攒多日的痰咳出，咳时，感觉胸痛，很难咳出，咳声像七老八十的人，好像有很多痰，但其实就有两，三口很粘的黄痰，然后伴随一些白色的粘痰。尽管我得病多年，我到现在都不知我确切的病是什么。有谁知道那有好的中国和美国的在这方面的医生。再一次先感谢大家的回复和帮忙！！！！
