regularly working at night does more harm than you think

I hope LZ would quit her job, it's killing her. She can save herself by simply quitting this job. She seems to have good genes, father is 80+, mother also lived to old age.

LZ probably hasn't realized that a painless lifestyle change can be way more helpful than harsh medical treatments.

Wish her the best, but please please make some changes, at least quit the job that is killing you. Pray for you that miracle will happen on you.
