seek for advices

My daughter was hit by a truck about two weeks ago. She was in the emergency room for about 5 hours before leaving for home. The X-ray and CT did not shown any sign of problems. However she got her hip and the end of leg hurt very much today when she tried to get her trouser jeans on. She told us that she always felt some pain in the past but always thought it was the muscle. She had to be careful when she leans forward or when she put her jeans on. Since it is too late to go to emergency room again, I hope some of you may provide me some advices on the possible injury she had. I guess it is not likely to be in the bone or structure.At present she cannot get up and walk. Thanks.
