Those are pertinent examples

All three examples clearly illustrate these Chinese or China-trained doctors in question are lazy, irresponsible, and insensitive (someone might say cold-blooded) to the feelings of patients.

If they were concerned about some potential legal issues, as suggested here by someone earlier, they should at least explain it to the patient in a civil manner. It is rude and un-professional to brush off the patient as described. 

Even if the barbarian behavior of these Chinese or China-trained doctors can be explained by their lack of communication skills, isn't it exactly one of the shortcomings that prove they are not good?
