He also added transitional and anti reflective coating.  The lenses itself is anti scratch.  Our vision plan covered everything for the lenses.  He picked a better frame than what the insurance would cover, and paid a difference of about $70.  Very good deal with our vision plan.  If the prescription is strong, can upgrade the lenses from polycarbonate to high index for thin look.
