超声所见：

胆囊： 51*18 mm,  壁厚 2mm, CBD ₵ 5mm

描述： 肝脏大小， 外形正常， 肝右叶见₵ 7mm 及₵ 15mm 两个高回声灶， 边界尚清， 余肝区光点均匀， PV ₵ 11mm.

超声印象： 胰腺外形可辩， 脾厚 35 mm,  平卧肋下 （？）

肝内高回声灶， 血管瘤可能

Ultrasound findings:

Gallbladder: size 51 x 18 mm with 2 mm thickness of wall , CBD measures 5mm

Description: Liver appears normal in size and shape, two hyperechoic foci found in the right lobe are measured as 15mm and 7mm , margins remain clear, the rest has normal echogenicity .PV measures 11mm.

Impressions: Pancreas can be visualized, spleen thickness 35 mm, seated supine under ribs (?)

hyperechoic foci within liver, Possible hemangioma.
