不是便密。
是便少。

母乳（尤其素吃得多的妈妈）
宝宝固体废物少
妈妈固体废物多
所以妈妈多吃素没用

原因:直肠这时候突然
长得很快
可以藏更多固体废物
吸收也发育了
能吸收更多了
但还没有喂solid food
吃得也不算太多

formula fed babies are different.that's why doc says

if no stool more than 3 days for formula babies, then it's constipation.

for breast fed babies, no stool for two weeks or even longer are still normal until they are fed with solid foods.
