I had a bad experience with a white orthopedist when my son brok

The white orthopedist waited for nearly a week for my son's arm to grow at a more 15 degree angle.  After nearly a week I found a (may be chinese? last name Li) different doctor, he arraged surgry the following day, he's office charges half of other doctor's office visit.  I made phone call to the 1st doctor's office and told them I was going to find a laywer to talked with them.  Then they refunded charges of $600 and some for two office visit of doing nothing but looking at x-ray.

It is very hard to find a good doctor in the US.
