I used to think that if I do not eat rice, I would die.

as my hu*****and does not like white rice because of its boost of sugar, I have learnt to eat brown rice, he adds mushroom, garlic. green onions and salt into the rice, it is quite nice and filling. sometimes we do not eat rice at all. now, I can go without rice for a month, still alive.
