need help please

i had lower abdominal pain for a week, just right side of my bellybutton,dull pain, i had ultrasound did not find anything wrong with my femal parts, i still feel realy uncomfortable even the pain is gone, i had colonascopy, and the test (put a tube into stomach to see anything in there) , blood test on liver function,all come back fine,had my gallbladder remove 1 year ago.can anyone help me to solve the puzzle.thanks
