1. Sclerotic papillary lesion with usual ductal hyperplasia and sclerosing adenosis. Comment: this is predominantly a papillary epithelial lesion with sclerosis. Myoepithelial cell are demonstrated with immunohistochemical stain to p63 and smooth muscle myosin heavy chain. Findings are consistent with sclerosed papilloma or radial scar. (Size: 8x13x13mm)

2. Sclerosing adenosis (Size: 6x9x10mm)
