求助:15个月的男宝宝尿布上有红色STAIN

今天是第二次了,星期一就有过一次.都是在午睡起来换的尿布上,是在小JJ对着的地方.GOOGLE过,可能是uric acid crystals,通常的起因是缺水,但因为我妈妈有肾结石和高尿酸,我怕宝宝的问题不止这么简单.

星期二看的儿医,只一味说没事,说只要尿里没血就不用担心.在我的坚持下,才老大不愿意地写下grandma有肾结石,压跟没给我机会提我妈的高尿酸.根本没告诉我们可能的原因是什么,也没告诉我们有什么要注意的.验尿结果还未知.

想知道这种情况常见吗?有妈妈遇到过吗?应该做些什么检查呢?什么情况下需要做ultrasonography of the kidneys and bladder?
