Please help to interprete the Ultrisound evaluation report.
Indeterminate complex mass is noted in the upper to mid pole of the right lobe of the thyroid, thetiology of which in uncertain. A thyroid tumor can not be excluded.
A complex mass with cystic and solid components as well as containing some calcium and a vascular rim is seen in the upper to mid portion of the right lobe of the thyroid measuring 3.1x1.6x2.7 cm. No other discrete thyroid masses are seen.
right lobe: 5.7x2.3x3.1 cm
left lobe: 3.6x1.0x1.5 cm
Isthmus: 3.3mm.
