thanks a lot for your point. Currently the doctor has not used
oral steroid for my son. We just used the inhaler or the nebulizer. The oral steroid is much stronger than the inhaler. Do you think we need to try oral steroid first to see whether it will help the lung function to go up before my son has to take CT scan? It is not only I was confused, even the doctor was confused. The steroid stop the wheezing and cough, and everything is normal, except for the low lung function, and according to the doctor, my son is always under asthma situation due to the low lung function. Actually your point was exactly the same as the doctor's. The doctor worries more about the lung function than CT, while I worry both. the doctor will call me later today to talk about the concerned issue. If you have more suggestions or opinions, please let me know, so I can ask more detailed info before making the final decision. Thanks a lot for your assistance.
