pepcid ac

Hi:

my mom has stomach problem. She took "ranitidine hydochloride capsules (ranitidine 150mg)" at home. I have pepcid ac (famotidine 20mg), and she tried it, seems work pretty well.

She has high cholestrol, and is taking medicine for that too.

I am wondering if she is ok to take pepcid ac.
