Between the breast and the middle and a little upper. It is not like pressure, but also not that sharp. It comes and goes, everytime, it is between a few seconds to at most a minute. But it happened at least 19 times a day lately.
I did have panic attacks before for about 6 or 7 years. They gave me the medicine to calm me down. It worked. But that day it was kind of a sudden and strong. That makes me worry about my heart.

My grandma from my father's side had heart problem. She was dead one night because of that in her 70s. My father has high blood pressure. My blood test is OK except for a litter high urine acid. But it was a year ago. I am doing this year's now. I am 31.

But I have the neck and upper back pain for quite a few years after I become an accountant. They are there almost everyday.
