请教胰腺cyst

刚做完CT检查，发现胰腺尾部有个cyst 比两年前大了一点，2年前1.2cm, 现在1.4cm, PANCREAS: 1.4 cm low-density lesion in the pancreatic tail without significant enhancement on, not significantly changed in size from the prior study (previously 1.2 cm). The pancreatic duct is nondilated.  医生建议做EUS， 请问是否要做？
