我去年的七月MAMMOGRAM报告正常，下面是今年的检查结果。因为我看到坛子里有一个姐妹和我的结果一样在2020年的时候，她的医生让她做了biopsy, 然后确诊是癌，所以我比较担心，我的家庭医生又让我在不同的地方又做了一次Ultrasound，和下面的结果是一样的。我想请教我是应该要求接着查下去，还是等到六个月左右再查。

BILATERAL MAMMOGRAM AND TOMOSYNTHESIS:

ACR category C - heterogenously dense, which may obscure small masses. No suspicious mass or microcalcifications. Focal area of apparent architectural distortion is seen in the left outer breast middle third.

BILATERAL BREAST AND AXILLARY ULTRASOUND: No suspicious solid or cystic breast mass. No suspicious lymph nodes in the axilla.

OPINION: Focal area of apparent architectural distortion in the left outer breast is suspected without a sonographic correlate. Follow-up with left mammogram and breast/axilla ultrasound in 6 months is suggested for reassessment.
