不能跑了，腰椎退化关节炎

好几年了，时好时坏，4月份还跑了sunrun,10公里一小时。最近两个月严重了，早上症状明显，腰疼腿酸。医生诊断如下，查字典了解个大概。医生教了几个动作，吾以为只是拉伸缓解症状。我想加强臀部和背部肌肉，大腿后侧肌肉力量。以前跑步注重腿部锻炼，现在膝盖没事了腰不行了。走路有时脚趾头发麻，左臀以及整个腿都酸疼。在此咨询有没有朋友有类似经历并成功恢复的经验，先行谢过。
