后来想起中学化学酸碱中和,上网查pH比3-4高的蔬菜?发现芹菜,羽衣甘蓝,胡萝卜都在5.5-6之间.买了羽衣甘蓝,胡萝卜粉尝试效果挺好.胡萝卜粉不能多吃,每天一调羹没问题,吃多皮肤可能会黄.

不会发酵,粉比汁下去慢点,等于一路降低些食管pH.
