泰诺（对乙酰氨基酚）是中枢型的，直接作用于脑，对局部炎症没有改善，不能去“火”。

而布洛芬（ibuprofen)归入非甾体类解热镇痛药（NSAIDs），改善局部炎症，从而缓解疼痛。作用慢，相对持久。
