其实,超加工食品对身体不好的原理,在中医看就是“上火”

还是前几天那篇文章里说的:

Ultaprocessed foods are usually high in sugar, salt and fat, all of which promote inflammation throughout the body, which is “perhaps the most major threat to healthy aging in the body and brain,” 

这不是上火是啥。
