新冠发热

男， 50+， 无慢性病， 瘦。 10/24 乏力发热。 10/25 家测阳性。主症发热 （前7天99-100）。有咳嗽。  10/31 到 101. 咳嗽很轻。无其他症。 血氧98  因发热8天并发热更高（101）， 11/1 去 了 urgentcare。 Xray :

FINDINGS:
The cardiomediastinal silhouette is stable. Opacity in the right mid/lower lung.
No pulmonary vascular congestion, pleural effusion or pneumothorax. The bones
are intact.

大夫 认为 pnuemonia and did cefTRIAXone (Rocephin) injection 2 g at 4 pm.

2 prescription antibiotics:

amoxicillin-clavulanate (Augmentin) 

azithromycin (Zithromax) (5 days only supply)

11/1 晚6 点发热到101.6.  11/2 晚6点发热到100.6.  告知大夫后，要我速见PCP （已scheduled 11/7）。

antibiotics 似乎不工作。 问题是： 我是新冠导致的肺炎吗？会是啥问题？
